We are an unmanned aerial imaging company and a licensed business in the State of Nevada, operating under the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 14, Part 107, which governs all small unmanned aircraft system (sUAS) flights for the purpose of commerce in the National Airspace System (NAS). We conduct our flights in accordance with all regulatory guidelines and safe industry best practices, and hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards of aviation professionalism when collecting footage in our communities. All flights herein are operated with authorization or are conducted in an airspace where such authorization is exempt.
