Our core business model focuses on demographics such as those who work in the legal sector (law offices and attorneys), insurance agencies, real estate (property managers and brokers), construction and development firms, security and rescue response agencies, and anything else involving the need for aerial photography, videography, and surveillance of a particular area from low altitude (400 feet and below unless we are able to obtain a prior authorization to fly higher, depending on the project and advance notice).

We fly at day or night and in fair weather conditions excluding rain and/or high winds. We cannot use our services to spy on anyone, and we cannot fly sustained flights directly over automotive traffic or large groups of people unless those people are willing participants in the project and notification of the activity is given.

We do use a Class 2 small unmanned aircraft system (sUAS) which allows us to safely operate within these parameters without the need for special permits or authorizations, which means that we can do something as simple as filming shots of a kid's birthday party, all the way to daily traffic survey for the local media or visually inspecting a large/tall building from the air. The value of our service is that we will get you low and close or high and far, depending on your needs, and you'll have stunning views that you would simply be unable to gather otherwise.

As we are limited in how high we may legally operate, real "manned" aircraft are also limited in how low they can legally fly. In the past, a professional photographer or videographer would go out in a small airplane or helicopter to collect footage. Now we can do it for you much more conveniently and cost effectively for any budget.
